Tochi salmon chips are made from sustainably-sourced salmon of the highest quality all the way from the coasts of Norway and England. We take the skin of the salmon, which is actually the most nutrient-dense part of the fish, and lightly crisp it up with tapioca flour to get it a little ompf! Tochi Salmon Chips pull double duty, delivering iconic Asian flavors and healthy nutrients — all in one convenient snack.

When we first began sourcing fish to create our snacks, we learned that very often, people would dispose of the skin of the salmon throughout the supply chain process. We found this to be hugely wasteful, as the skin is the most nutrient-dense part of the fish! To save from this wasteful practice, we upcycled this ingredient and seasoned it with iconic flavors from our childhood, to craft our delicious snacks. Tochi salmon chips represent more than just being a healthy snack; every decision we make follows our strong belief in spreading Asian culture through foods that’s not only good for you but also good for the planet.

Our salmon chips have a best by 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacturing. The best-by date can be found at the bottom panel on the back of each bag of snacks!

Absolutely! Our salmon chips are 100% free of gluten.

We only use RSPO Certified palm oil in our snacks. RSPO certification indicates that the oil is produced with fair working conditions for all supplying participants, and ensures protection for land, human rights, forest and wildlife.

All flavors of salmon chips are dairy-free, with the exception of the salted egg flavor.

Marine collagen is almost exclusively made up of type I collagen, which are smaller in size and up to 1.5x more bioavailable and absorbable than other types of collagen.
